Account hacked

Hello, my account has been hacked and the associated email address linked to the account has been changed. The account has also been banned due to violating EA's user agreement.

How do I get this recovered quickly? I have a BF6 early access code but I do not wish to redeem it yet as my playstation is linked to the compromised account. I cannot link another account either due to only 1 account being linked.

Can somebody please advise how I can have this resolved quickly.
