Bug report (Empire State)

I was playing pretty normally and I encountered this bug, I didn't get to record it the first time around, you are able to kill enemies when under here too, only when they prone though.

I have no clue how to tag this as a bug so ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯
