Colour Blind Expanded Option

First of all what a great game this is shaping up to be. I haven't had this much fun since battlefield 1 and battlefront 2. I searched the forums for the particular topic on colourblind options but didn't see any posts so I decided to start this one up.

Im really enjoying most parts of the game so far and I dont know if I'm the only person with this issue (hopefully I am) but I'm severely colourblind like to the point where I have made all enemy colours in the game glowing yellow or green and all friendly colours some bright blue or purple (im guessing). Red/orange are colours for me that get lost or blends in with the environment. Ive played a lot of shooters strictly using iron sights or scopes that have an integrated black cross-hair due to this issue and just dealt with it. There are alot of accessibility options in this game that help greatly and im very appreciative of those. My only request or wish would be if there was an option to change colours within sights like holographic scopes and red dot sights (i understand its called a red dot sight). One of the only games that had this option was call of duty 2019 and it was the last sight dot that you could grind for and it was blue. So grinded every weapon type just to be able to use all the sights in the game with a blue dot instead of red. It was such a different world being able to actually line up shots correctly with a blue dot. So if that option could be added or talked about it would make this old battlefield vet very happy.
