CPU lag makes it impossible to play

Just updated my PC to a Ryzan 5 5600GT, Radeon 7800 as could not get the game to play with any speed. And now - Even on low settings everything is in slow motion. So now I have a high end PC with COD running like silk on extreme. This game is unplayable.
