Crossplay on consoles doesnt work as promised.
People from DICE said it would usually matchmake with other console players and just in case of no console players avalaible to fulfill the server it would matchmake a few PC players.

blade_clark I know how it works but they said a crossplay version they are gonna to use will be "preferred crossplay". I believe its what we have in Apex and R6 Siege. So in theory it would matchmake PS5 and Xbox with occasional PC players when cannot fill the server with console players. So in theory it should be really rare for a very long time.
vanguard27 Apex, R6 Siege and Hell Let Loose have it. Delta Force will have it at launch. I heard that Hell Let Loose devs said they dont plan console-PC servers and majority of the community do not want it.
Please DICE, I would have to switch to PS5 at the end of the gen if you dont deliver the preffered crossplay. Xbox died in Europe and I dont want to play with PC.
Hopefully in the second weekend of the beta will have it.
