Dominion weapon challenge in near impossible

The weapon challenge for breakthrough/rush is near impossible due to long queue times for these two modes along with the rarity of getting the attacking side, and the imbalance of the maps favoring the defenders. The challenge needs to be changed to something relating to the other games mode, or on a per flag basis instead of the entire sector.
