EA Pro

So I payed for EA pro to get early access for bf6 beta and all was good for a couple hours until I mid game I got an error saying disconnected from EA servers. Closed the game and launched again just for the game to tell me I need early access I closed the game again and noticed my account wasn’t saying EA pro anymore checked my bank and I indeed got charged. Any help from EA support would be much appreciated
