My bf6 open beta feedback

My major issue with trying to play would be the intermittent total system freeze that the anticheat would create (seems like a common issue with this eac). I have another thread about that but it needs to be fixed.

I felt for the overall time I was able to play (I could get up to 3 games completed before the above issue occurred), it felt nice, fluid with controls. Gunplay felt intuitive and I had a huge concern about not being able to use reshade (fortunately, bf6 actually had some good colors but the taa needs work).

I agree with others, the class icons need rework - as they stand, they look like weird playstation buttons with lines through them.

I felt the classes had too many gadgets in their loadout - reduce it to 2. Like the engineer, yes finally I can carry rpg and anti air but felt a little too easy. Restrict to 1 type of bazooka. Place a gadget closet on the map somewhere where that can be swapped in case air becomes crazy. I suppose you could decide if its a class swapping box or gadget but for balance I think gadget swapping should be the focus.

I haven't had time to do air vehicles, mostly tanks and light tanks. They feel similar to 4 and V. I'm sure I recall a dev saying they've introduced something to make vehicles more user friendly or approachable - wish they would elaborate on that since it doesn't feel much different.

Camera and controls could be flakey - for example going into gun sight mode on tanks and using zoom and backing back out. Trying to repeat a few of the steps to check down range and going back to 3pp was not snappy or responsive. It felt like I needed to wait for the system to catch up before it registered input. For instance I used right mouse to go to gunner sight and z to zoom in/out. Oh and while zoomed in, could not switch 1pp to 3pp in the tank.

Ui seems a little cluttered and confusing. It was hard for me to bring up the fullscreen map and when closing it trying to reorientate myself to figure the direction. Either a compass needs to return at the top of the minimap, or create a modern quarter screen rollout that can show more of the map without stopping movement. I apologize if theres a zoom on the current mini map but I was always finding myself a little lost. Flag and mode information could go back to above the minimap like previous titles (or have an option to have people choose their preference).

Head glitching needs to be worked out compltely, no need for that kind of thing. Had some problems with netcoding as well, dying behind cover - not too often and in 2025 looks like no one will ever be able to solve that.

Liberation Peak has an exploit up at C. Enemies pushing through the mountain or some kind of teleport.
