Feedback for battlefield 6

The game is really blurry it says my game is running at about 120 frames but it feels like it's running at 50 frames whenever I turn it's extremely blurry I have changed all kinds of settings I had to turn on FSR just to boost the frame rate up to a decent amount because the game was running horribly please look into this I have an rx7600 GPU and 7600 CPU with 32 GB of RAM. I cranked it down to 1080p and I'm still having the same problem
