Game modes locked even though I got invited through labs and redeemed a code.

Question

Anyone have a fix for the game loading but not allowing you to press start on anything but the conquest initiation on xbox series X, redeemed a code and got invited through labs.

Tried everything reinstalled, deleted saved data, tried joining a mate while they are searching it just locks them out too. Redeemed a second code. Relinked all my accounts. Tried swapping accounts and coming back. Clearing cache on the xbox, Any ideas?

When i got my code and linked it to the EA account connected to my Xbox account i had to wait 10min and restart the console then it worked

Yeah Ive tried it, didnt manage to even get one game in. Redeemed my code during the live event. And restarted game and console 10000 times haha

Same problem here. Yesterday i got the code but modes are locked, i can only play Kairo map and only one mode.
