Love the general feel and snappiness of the gun play
Revive system is fantastic
Maps in beta are a little small, feels too much like call of duty ground war. Time it takes to get into engagement is too fast, no real time to plan or think. Bf shouldn't be as arcady as cod IMO.
Sniper glint too big
No real explanation about what signature weapons are, or what happens if you use them with another class
Weapon Customisation screen was a little clunky, too much focus on looking good rather than usability.
Would love if holding triangle on assault would swap to secondary weapon. Using dpad to bring out a gun doesn't feel natural.
By default, the dpad left and right seem incorrectly mapped and doesn't align to the UI placement of gadgets (left dpad triggers the gadget on the right)
Sound design, it sounds like all the weapons are suppressed. It is lacking that signature punch and echo from battlefields of old. The weapons sound like pea shooters. This is probably my biggest gripe, the sound of BF has always been amazing, it's what gives it that signature feel.
Ping system should be easier on console, maybe a L1 press where you are looking places a marker, that way you can tell your team to 'charge there'.
The idea to place the spawn beacon with assault sounds great, but not in beta.
Love to see the popups at the end of a game again, e.g. awards, and promotion.
Unsure if suppression is still present, screen didn't appear to blur (might be too used to help let loose extreme suppression)
