GIVE C4 TO SUPPORT

Seriously, C4 on snipers is the most insanely useless design. Most snipers are miles away from any where that c4 would be helpful or required. I can't say how many times as any other class I would come up to a wall and know enemies were on the other side and think "be real nice if I could blow up this wall with c4." Any other class would benefit with c4 but I really want it back on support.
