Having issues joining friends party PS5 to PC Crossplay

Hey guys, I got a PS5 and 2 of my friends have PC. We tried joining each others parties but were unable to. The issues seemed like it was from my end (PlayStation) because I was unable to search friends or add to party but they were able to find and connect with each other. Not sure if anyone else is having these issues.
