Heal icon and revive move

Heal (revive) icons are currently oversized. Their size should scale proportionally with the distance from the player, because at the moment the large icons are misleading.

During the heal (revive), direction must be given via keyboard (holding the E key while using keyboard to steer). I suggest changing this so that while holding the E key, the direction can be determined using the mouse—it would be much more practical and faster.
