Weird they’ve left console so in the lurch here, it’s actually unplayable. The health stuff yeah, it is what it is play differently, it’s just the fact helicopters are unplayable on console right now.
Maybe it’s because we don’t have the ability to test fly and LP only comes up once in a blue moon, but I used to be able to survive whole rounds in my viper in 3/4 but in this, I barely make 5 mins off the helipad purely cause the heli controls like trash. You get a single strafe before you lose all control authority and plough into the ground. Circle / side strafing just ain’t possible at all.
Another maybe is I’m just being.. ignorant of something in the settings but after having a good root about and trying my darnedest, I just have to conclude it’s fundamentally bad design (for controller anyhow).
Yeah man, it is kinda strange they borked the controllers. But as I said before it felt fine. BUT! I will also admit. I was flying it like a Cobra/Viper without the aerobatics and also doing Pop and Bops like the how the Apache is normally used. But uh... Could you teach me how to circle strafe? =] Pretty Plz! <3<3<3
