I Can't play on the last day of the OBT? help!

I want to play Battlefield 6 open beta today, but it prompted me that my account was banned to access this game. However, all other games are normal. I even played a round BF 2042, and when I tried PS5, it  banned to. The query showed COMPETITIVE-Advantage, but I didn't receive an email or check the ban history. There must be something wrong. I have a lot of Battlefield in my account and have pre ordered the Phantom version of Battlefield 6. It's impossible for me to cheat. My record is also very poor, and I'm not sure what happened. I wrote an appeal email hoping that the ban can be lifted. I also want to know if it can be played after the official release? Does this ban affect official games?
