Horrible matchmaking

Every time I get into a game my team is braindead and I get killed from an enemy right next to my teammates behind me. Please have an IQ test to play the game so we don’t have **bleep** ruining the fun of the game for others. If it’s 20v20 why does it feel like 5v20?
