I found a cheater using snap aim assist

Click the link to see this guy named [removed]on Twitter using what looks like snap aim assist where you&nbsp; snap onto another player from across the distant view.
He kills one guy on the ground and instantly snaps his aim behind him at a full 360° while he only is using a regular 3 dot reticle sight and even some his close quarters aim with hip fire has snap aswell.
