I need EA to unlink my OLD account which I no longer have access to

I purchased an early access key for bf6 and redeemed it on a new EA account. For some reason my ea account didn't automatically update my email address like my xbox? Anyhoo, I NEED someone at EA to unlink my OLD ea account manually, customer support CAN do this if you know certain details, all I am having issues with is the password, it does NOT send a reset password email to the old account no matter what I do (and yess I've checked the spam and all that crap) it DOESNT SEND THE EMAIL. I purchased a product and cannot use it due to EA, so you need to help me by unlinking my old account!
