They should split the ammo bag and medic bag in exchange increase the xp from healing and reviving or add a multiplier for doing their job. Add time penalty for offing yourself (give them time to do their job) and remove the quick revive from defab since you can charge it before you reaching your patient
This is just my opinion but instead of assault getting the beacon, it should be the medic since assault is already rewarded plenty for killing and taking bases. Medics would benefit from passively setting the beacon (respawns) while they are actively throwing themselves to incoming fire to pull us back into the game.
