I am going to mark this as solution for Visabilty purposes.
I got my code from Twitch stream and since that all i do is trying to redeem it on millions of EA sites. At first it show me that code accepted, but when i press "Confirm" button - i got error. It happened on all sites and EA App. Now code just rejected as activated or just invalid.
Load on sites was VERY HIGH. I get it. Hell... on that stream on Twitch was ~67K viewers. Chat run like crazy! BUT...
I still don't see "Battlefield 6 Open Beta Early Access" anywhere in my library or in account transactions. It's just empty!
I see pinned post with INFO, but i am not satisfied with words used: "This is more than likely..." or "In most cases, your BF6 Beta has been successfully registered...".
Why it just can't show me what i got? Why it's so difficult? It's just an image in a library linked to you data base. Game not availible yet? It's FINE- just make it grey, but SHOW IT to end user.
Just ENABLE it on servers and you solve MILLIONS of questions and focus on solving real problems with people who got code, but still unable to activate it.
P.S. If we got such problems with just activation - we get even worse problem wioth pre-load game!
Since my code seems to be 'invalid' with no way of making sure it is, i clicked through the EA site. That's where i came across the 'Beta-Tool'.
But since the beta isn't active, you have literally no way of knowing anything or finding your yourself.
Next step would be to reach out to CS..if only this hellhole wasn't so obsucre to navigate only to end up in an endless AI loop.
Exatcly! If it was enabled or activated somewhere on EA side, it at least show it in library and didn't trigger users that much.
Now what EA offer - wait till August 4 when preload should start. They may face not only problem with pre-load, but with not activated codes.

There are literally no solution for this. End user which got code can't check was it really redeemed successfully. EA also can't communicate with such high amount of users at same time.
Show Open Beta Early Access in games library is the only way.
This how it SHOULD look's like when code was redeemed successfully. I didn't get such image anywhere.

The problem is that when I got the code from the twitch drop, I immediately went to ea.com battlefield 6 to redeem. When I entered and submitted the code, the website was loading for a while. It’s because everyone was doing the exact same thing. And then the website said the login expired and I had to re login again. I did the same process again and then it came up an error saying “the code has already been redeemed” and I’m not able to tell whether that’s my account that redeemed it or that someone else somehow got that code and redeemed it. Saddened honestly.
Had the same issue and now I am certain I DO NOT have the access to the beta. I don’t know whether it’s because of the lagging website or because someone generated/stole my code, but that’s the end of the story. EA doesn’t care it seems. Be mindful, this can happen on release and no one is going to help you.
I am sorry sir, buts thats just not true. nobody stole your key. you probably already activated it on your own account.
I THINK IT WORKED FOR ME:
I had the same issue with tho code on the EA website not even loading the page. I guess the load on the page was to high during the live stream event. So i went ahead and found my code in twitch drops- even there the redeem button did nothing- so I copied it an redeemed it in my EA Desktop App which was accepted even after clicking the confirm button- no errors but also no email confirmation.
The EA App does not show the game in my library like many have reported already. Not even now for the pre-load. And if I try to redeem the same code again it obviously tells me after clicking on the confirm button that it has already been redeemed.
Question: Is the pre-load today only for those having redeemed the early access code or is it for all interested in general?
while reading through this thread I noticed on the right side of the page the latest threads regarding the pre-load and one regarding the code redemption (marked as solved "Gelöst")
So I checked that one out. Clicked on the first link provided there which took me to a page from EA where I can select my platform. Don't know why since I redeemed my code already in the EA App which would be my platform.
This time I chose Steam and was taken to the steam page. Before logging in I checked on my steam desktop app what the BF6 page said. It said request access. After logging in on the web page of steam now it said participate which then added it to my steam library and I started the download.
I still don't know if it is the early access for the beta or the general pre-load because it doesn't say early access open beta just open beta.
But now that I started the game it says this with the hint to the early access "Vorabzugang" (german)
You tell me: Doesn't that look like it worked. Of course I don't have a comparison to someone who did not redeem a code for early access
