After 4 days of playing, The shotgun stuff needs to be fixed. Guys going around 1 tapping. Everything even well beyond a shotguns actual effective range. Even in a gunfight where I started firing first thats a battle you cant win. I had a guy in my squad go 52 and 17 last night just 1 tapping everything. Also with the colors and textures of this game myself and a lot of ppl have a hard time telling teammates from enemies.

Yeah, they should just remove slug as an attachment for shotguns, and they should also reduce how many extra shells you can carry, and then when you restock from an ammo bag have it take a long time to get ammo replenished.

This would be a good response to the hyper aggression seen by shotgun wielders, most people just cry for a blanket nerf. Also 12G slugs are fine. They function like a DMR with much shorter range and much greater dispersion / poor accuracy

Shot guns are fine IMO, wait til we have all of the maps - more open maps where they will be far less effective. We have only had a taste of CQB maps, though liberation peak rendered shotguns fairly impotent. I feel you would be surprised to learn the effective ranges of shot guns IRL. I can see how it is frustrating though, but as a shotgun user myself we cannot reload cancel and blast someone mid reload like were used to. Try using the shotgun on the next weekend and find the drawbacks because they do exist. Shotguns SHOULD be the master of CQB
