would be great if you could un ban my account before the next beta already missed out on half the beta for a ban I didn't deserve I did nothing wrong EA answer the ticket.
update if any one else having same issue wants to know. EA have responded to my ticket saying there team have looked into it and said they have made the right decision because I abused section 6 of there rules and used cheats. utter bull**bleep** EA I have responded by opening another ticket to appeal because it does not show up in my penalty history inviting one of your big wig engineers or technician's to a chat and allow access to my pc to find whatever it is your junky anti cheat has so called found . you have not provided me with what ever proof it is that I was using cheats. how can I appeal something when your live chat isn't working or you take away the appeal link from the email ! I have refunded my 89.99 from steam from pre purchase as I honestly don't believe you are looking into this enough for all I know I've been hacked and some one used my gamertag and your not giving me anything to go by except an accusation that I'm a cheat ! I cant believe I've been excited for a game to release because I cant stand COD because of the cheaters to be screwed over by the game dev themselves, your not helping me because you think I cheated and I honestly don't know how to prove I didn't I'm at a loss.
