Hi i have my code but when I go to redeem it says it has already been redeemed are they having issues because im trying but it wont work

Same. Submitted a ticket to support, got an automated message to come to the forums where, shock horror, there's no useful info. Quality. EA is the worst thing about Battlefield :-/
