My Twitch, EA account and Steam are all linked.

I have secure boot, the game loads up, the gamemodes are locked behind "early access"

I watch a stream for far more than 30 mins, wait over an hour for a code in my twitch inventory... "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code." There is no mistake in entering the code, its copy and pasted in, so what have I done wrong, the code provided just won't be accepted?
