Every time I go to redeem it the site says I'm not eligible to view the content. This may have something to do with the fact that on the day I made my account I was going so fast and was so tired I made myself a teenager by putting in the wrong date of birth. I have contacted EA using the form thing but is there anything else I can do because I don't think they're going to respond to me in time to redeem my code.
