Make in-world voice chat able to communicate across the entire lobby

If I am speaking in-game, I want others on my team, not just in my squad to be able to hear me. I think this should also let enemies hear us, so we can tell there's someone in a building or something based on how we hear their voices.

I want to be able to scream at the medic standing next to me not trying to revive me at all, I want to be able to speak to my team.

Make voice chat better (it is already amazing though)

  • Battlefield 6 with world proximity chat would add much more liveliness to the game. Coming from other games, I really wish console fans of Battlefield could experience the chaotic fun of proximity world chat of hearing many people scream, realizing the building they're camping in is falling down.

  • I think that adding  Prox chat would be super dope. It would most definitely add to the experience of the game and make it a million times more better! If EA could make it just like it is in BattleBit, it would be perfect.

This is why I personally don't want Proximity chat. The last thing I want is random people shout at me or worse.

  • Good grief please gods no.

Proximity chat is only a viable idea for games where everyone there are people you know that won't be annoying.

Anything else simply will not work because people like me will turn it off after the first few times some idiot abuses it, misuses it or simply has an irritating voice or bad sound system, which would be during the very first game.

yeah prox chat could be fun. Obviously opt in or opt out since not everyone will want to be using it.
