More Realistic Character Skins - Female Characters

1. I'd like to see the option to remove female characters and voice boxes from my point of view in this game.

I play as female characters in other games, but their appearance in this game doesn't make sense to me. It's a shooter set in a modern-day battlefield, and most combat troops (99%) from NATO, Russia, China are male. Female characters in this combat-focused game (at least in this ratio of 1:4 or 1:3) clash with the rest of the games aesthetics.  The creators seem to have put a lot of effort to making the graphics, skins, colors etc. - all cosmetic aspects of it - as real as possible. Female character skins and voice boxes are almost an incongruous touch when you compare them to how the game looks and sounds*.

Alternatively, contextualization for this character appearance would make sense. Having a IDF faction, for example, could excuse the higher number of female-to-male character ratio.

In case these comments are misinterpreted or misconstrued - I'm only talking about in-game character skins and voice boxes, not actual players.

2. All character speak English. Why? It would be great to hear characters speaking in other languages, especially from the non-nato faction. It sounds similarly silly and unrealistic to hear only English spoken and from so many different accents. I get that English is the globally dominant language, but I'm hopeful to see factions that speak other languages.

*I do think the noises on the guns should be beefed up. They sound kind of like beebee guns compared to real-world weapons.

Point 1 is a deciding factor for me to purchase this game. Point 2 is a nice-to-have.
