Not Deaf Friendly! Needs Audio-Visual Cues!

I was hoping that this game would have a deaf friendly setting a la Fortnite's way, but more robust and better/fairer than that--

In order to give deaf players a more fair and balanced experience, there should be an option under Audio settings that disables every sound except for non-gameplay related like radio or whatever. Zero footsteps. No gunfires. Nothing.

Instead, give us audio-visual feedback cues like an icon on this omnidirectional dome surrounding you... Orange fire icon for gunfires, white boot icon for footsteps, white colored waves for rumbling/crashing/etc, green or blue head icon for players speaking, etc.
