pc player on controller Bad Start

My first experience with the game is very frustrating and once again i have the same feeling as the previous games  as in to not bother. being on pc playing with a controller i feel cast among 90% mouse and keyboard players and trying to track a player while shooting is way harder but the other player has and what seems to be a spit seconded and im back to respawn after respawn. but i hope in the future its skill based matchmaking along with and most importantly  input matching. ps: run speed feels very sluggish and slow, after watching the event gameplay it looks faster.
