A way they could do this would be to take notes from some MilSim games. Like ARMA, Squad and Hell Let Loose. They use, what ai believe looks like a guaze pack to heal. I am not sure if they have revives like we do in BF. But it could be some thing similar. I do agree that while the Defibs are a fun tool, I just see combat medics out in a firefight, carrying portable defibs around....giving bleeding soldiers heart attacks. Because, correct me if I am completely wrong here. But defibs, used on a person that isn't having heart issues, would cause them to HAVE heart issues.
But as everyone says fun v reality I guess...even though for some of us, having a touch lore reality IS fun for us.
