Thats a great idea. Every other throwable has points, why the hell doesn't this?
Heres a start, reward throwing smoke on:
- Revivable teammate (Helper: 25).
- Nearly dead teammate (Angel: 25).
- Nearly exploded teammates vehicle (Angel: 25)
- Enemy capture point zones (Confuser: 25).
- Enemies (Confuser: 25)
I always use smokes tactically and get no reward. I never even noticed till this post.
I feel like if this's implemented, it should be done by doing the obvious, like i mentioned above, and avoid any spam-rewarding behaviour. The points should be on the lighter side to combat that, too. Because you could easily collect lots of points throwing it on an enemy-occupied cap, with enemies there and a downed teamate, etc. So it should be lower, but rewarding.
Honestly, this would be a chef's kiss. The cherry on top...
