I thought that the squad gameplay was well balanced to be honest. I think that cooperation within the squad has always been a problem in BF games, as far back as BF: BC2 from what I can remember. Having objectives/goals that rewards players for squad cooperation should address (which they had those in the Beta) that to an extent. Maybe matchmaking can take into consideration players who tend to play with the squad? Kind of like how racing games match drivers with high safety rating together.
