Random damage/Spawn on squad has issues.

Noticed that when you would respawn or were running around you will have random damage intaked out of no where, give you 25% health that does not heal while on med packs.  Noticed when you die and get revived it would be fixed.

  Also noticed when trying to spawn on squad mates while the box is green it won't work, also the threat needs to be less, sometimes the enemy is outside and you can't spawn do to threat detected.
