Re: [INFO] BF6 Beta Code Redemption Questions – Check Here First

After surviving the 'Code Redeem' war, EA app prompted me to redeem my code and continue, so I clicked continue and nothing has been added to my account and no matter where I try to redeem my code, I can't because I already redeemed it but did not receive anything. Is there a solution or compensation that can be provided? 

It is understandable why issues are occurring because of the high volume of users trying to redeem their code but it is infuriating to possibly miss out on the early access.

    I'm having the same problem, I was able to redeem the code but I have no idea where to actually download the content itself. I'm on steam and nothing has shown up in my library, nor does anything appear in the store for the beta.

    The beta won’t show up until it’s available for preloading on August 4.
