Hi,

I watched a stream on twitch during the reveal, and received an early access key.  The web page where you redeemed it was very slow but eventually it worked and said it was accepted.  A few other people I know did this too and they have all received an email confirming early access to the beta, but I have not.  I also pre ordered thew game which is in my library but it says beside it that it will be available to download and play in October.  Is it possible I will receive an email in the next day or 2?  I have also tried activating the beta key again, but it says that it has already been redeemed.  Any help would be very much appreciated.
