Requiring people to join your squad to join the game is nonsense

I play in a clan. We have way more than players. We want to be able to all play together. Just let someone join the server/match we are on without requiring them to join our squad. It worked like that until 2042, and it's one of the most annoying changes ever. There is no reason to do this.
