There’s an option to bleed out, unsure what platform you’re using but for PlayStation it’s hold square to stop the bleeding (I want to be revived) and hold circle to give up / bleed out.
Unfortunately there’s no menu option to respawn so I can see this being a bit of a pain if you’ve got a very active medic with an itchy defibrillator finger.
