I've also done a post on this. I struggle with the reticle and have been forced into iron sights for most fps games and this game is no different unfortunately.
I actually like using iron sights, but there's a reason that iron sights are backup sights nowadays. Agreed or find a scope/sight with black reticles or the like.
It wouldn't actually be hard to implement either, they have all the tools to make it happen and probably in less than a day.
