Domination, king of the hill, team DM, I think already cover the infantry/cqb focused game modes.
Rush is a fan favorite ever since bad company 2, there was no need to do it in dirty like they did in bf6 (beta)
As core experience right now we have 2 (Conquest, Breakthrough) out of 6 total game modes that cover "all out warfare"
Remaking Rush would balance it out by having 3 modes for larger game modes and 3 for smaller/infantry. Which would be more fair imo
