Show Revives on scoreboard

We've all been in a situation where you are downed, and close by teammates don't revive you. 

I think having the number of Revives during the match display on the scoreboard would incentivise players to pick their team mates up. 

"Yeah you might have 40-0 k/d but with 0 revives, just goes to show that you weren't much of a team player."

Would be nice for the players than run support too.
