Something called "Rush"

Dear Dice,

Please reconsider Rush mode. You call this mode "Rush," but it feels very different from what it used to be. It doesn’t capture the classic Rush experience—the maps don’t work well, they feel unbalanced, and they don’t support the kind of tactical squad gameplay that defined the mode in the past.I tried to enjoy it, but even in the open beta it wasn’t possible to play it the old way—> open weapon system, I’m looking at you. :)

Rush was never only about close quarters combat,  it was about controlled lanes, restricted weapons, and a design that encouraged tactical squad-based gameplay. Right now, it feels more like a checkbox feature than a true Rush experience.

That said, I really enjoyed the beta overall. It had moments that truly felt like Battlefield again. It’s definitely a big improvement over 2042, so thank you for listening to the community.
