Spectator mode and fully unlocked vehicles in open beta week 2

Spectator mode should be here on day 1 to record "Only in Battlefield" moments and, more importantly, record suspicious gameplay, cuz it won't be long before cheaters will be able to bypass Javelin, and the best way to report hackers is spectator recording. 

All vehicles should be fully unlocked during the next beta phase, so we can identify which ones are overpowered and which ones are total garbage.  And balancing patches can be ready at launch.
