Suggestion Regarding Score Calculation/Ticket Bleed Mechanics

The current score design in this Battlefield title works as follows: The team holding the majority of flags (more flags) does not lose points/tickets, while the team holding the minority of flags (fewer flags) loses points/tickets. It is not based on calculating point/ticket loss for both teams relative to the flags they hold (where both sides lose points, but one side loses them slower).


The typical result is this: For example, our team holds 2 flags and the enemy holds 3. We end up falling behind by 300-400 points. This is ridiculous. Essentially, matches are mostly either steamrolls or comebacks, with very few closely contested games. In one match, the score was 500-200 midway, yet the enemy only held one more flag than us (e.g., 3 vs 2). The enemy eventually managed a comeback. This system feels stressful for both the winning and losing side.


Combined with the current map design, this appears to intentionally encourage players to flank around the main fight to backcap the enemy's flags, rather than engaging in sustained tug-of-war battles over the central objectives.
