Teammates shouldn't drop weapons when downed

A minor change I would suggest is making it so teammates only drop their weapons/kit upon actual death as opposed to being downed. When I go in for the res and instead of getting my teammate I just accidentally pick up their gun, losing my medic buff, it's rather infuriating.
