Thanks, that explains why sometimes I can't hit anything but when "it's on" I can snipe guys heads on the 50 cal going full speed on the jeep thingys (ok maybe only 3 times so far, I'm not that good lol, but it's a highlight I'm going to take) 

Also if a PC has a video card that is minimum spec (or my friend, on generation below minimum spec) that can cause lag issues. When a lot of smoke / action frame rate gets choppy and skips so he could be inside (like C on kings landing) and head out the door, and then frame skips to where he's out in the street.
