it's not his IP that's displayed anyway, so why bother;
I'm more interested why tiktok didn't ban him

    Can't the Developers see the IP?

    I reported 2 of his accounts. He had to switch because the first one got banned😂

      the IP of a user can be disguised or redirected with proxies, it can still be traced, but as EA banns are automatic it's unlikely it will be done properly
