Make the game Cross Play Console only and let the PC with the Cheaters!
Don't mix PC with Console ! 
Hell Let Loose has Console Cross Play only , No PC gamers no Cheaters ! Works perfect

I play on, PC. And, I still completely agree with this. At least some players will get to enjoy the game free of cowards. It's already a mess on, PC. I just started the 2nd wave of OB, and I have encountered cheats in every lobby. They don't even try to hide it, it's so easy to spot them. Completely changed my mind about purchasing the game after this infestation of, cowards.
