Feedback Battlefield 6 + Suggestion for Player Rewards

Hi everyone,

Thanks EA/DICE for the chance to join the Battlefield 6 closed playtest (I played August 7–8, 9–10, and 14–17). It was a great experience and I’m excited for the future of the game.

Some feedback:

• Movement feels too fast – maybe reduce slightly.
• Weapon damage at long range drops too much.
• Settings are deep but a bit confusing – on the test range I had to adjust things many times, and it’s uncomfortable that changes apply only after exiting.
• Overall, everything feels modern and fresh, I really enjoyed it.

Motivation for players:
Rewards are important not only for fun but also for building teamwork. I noticed in different communities (EU, RU, US) that players started to revive, give ammo, and play as a team. In my opinion, this happened because of the playtest rewards (skins, charms, items). This system motivates both new and veteran players.

I personally love playing support/medic classes. Even though I’m new to Battlefield (around 450 hours in BF2042, never played BF3, BF4 or Bad Company), I really enjoyed 2042. Yes, not everyone liked it, but for me it was fun and crazy with friends – jumping, exploding, creating funny clips. That’s the Battlefield spirit!

That’s why I think Battlefield 6 also needs:

• Login rewards and weekly challenges (skins, XP boosts, weapon/vehicle cosmetics).
• More in-game trials, maybe secret ones.
• Extra points for team interactions: driving teammates, giving support, reviving.
• Weekly rewards like in BF2042 (2 skins for soldier, weapon or vehicle).

Battlefield is not only about serious ranked competition – it’s about fun, teamwork, and crazy moments with friends. Rewards and challenges will keep players engaged, attract new ones, and bring veterans back.
