Visual bug resulting in black lines spinning on screen

There is a visual bug that I experience on what I believe was the Empire State/New York map. It did not last for too long, I would estimate 10-20 seconds, and it looked like many black lines were potentially moving/, spinning and flickering on the screen (unsure of how it actually looked). 

They seemed to move around the screen in a quick, circular motion, and it was quite painful, uncomfortable and disorientating to look at. 

I think that it was possibly as a result of walking through glass, potentially breaking it or falling off a ledge after walking through it or breaking it. But I'm not sure if it was too do with an interaction with the environment.

Specs are Nvidia 3060 Ti graphics card, 32 GB of RAM and AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor              (3.70 GHz) CPU.

Unsure of the correct time, but late in the evening of 16th August.
